Moodle is the name of Holy Cross College's intranet site. Within Moodle you will find college news, information regarding exams, student services, IT facilities and much more. Most importantly you will also find an area for each of the subjects you will study at the college.
You can access Moodle from any college PC by opening up a web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome).
Students can access the Moodle site from home or mobile device via https://moodle.holycross.ac.uk
You can access Email via https://outlook.com/holycross.ac.uk but there is also a link to this on Moodle. We recommend that you down load the Microsoft Outlook app on your mobile from the Android Play or Apple App Store. You can then add your Holy Cross email account so that you can receive college emails.
You can also access the MyView student portal using https://myview.holycross.ac.uk but there is also a link to this on Moodle. Students can use MyView to sign up to use the free college wifi and also to see your timetable, course progress, actions, mark book, payment systems, update your mobile phone number, etc. MyView (and the equivalent Connect parent portal) can be used to pay for trips, printing credits and also to add catering credits to your swipe cards to spend in the Refectory and Café..
You will be asked to type in your college e-mail address and password to confirm that you are a student of Holy Cross College. Please ensure that you do enter your entire e-mail address (eg:smithaa10@holycross.ac.uk)and not just your username (eg: smithaal10).
Once your e-mail and password has been verified Moodle will appear and you will be able to browse through its pages as if you were sat at a college PC.
