We know it can get stressful as we approach exams season, with students planning revision, preparing for deadlines and creating study timetables.
We want you to know that as a Holy Cross student, help is always available and there will always be someone you can speak to for support.
For Upper Sixth:
Our Counselling team has set up a booking form for any Year Two students who need to speak to someone urgently.
Please ask any member of staff – whether that’s a teacher, Progress Tutor or at Student Services – for the referral link to book time with Joanna.
For all students:
Everyone at Holy Cross has access to Togetherall – it’s a digital mental health support service which is available online 24/7 and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly. You just need to register/login using your Holy Cross email address.
Professionally-trained staff monitor the community to ensure the safety and anonymity of all members.
In addition to Togetherall's online community, you will have access to a wealth of useful resources and can work through tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, weight management, depression and many more.
